1/2 banana |
1/4 kiwifruit |
1/6 apple |
1/2 yellow peach (canned) |

50g/1.8oz yogurt |
1.5 tablespoons condensed milk |
Directions
1. | Boil Malony for 6 minutes, immerse it in cold water and drain off the water. |
2. | Cut the fruit into bite-size pieces. |
3. | Toss the Malony and fruit in <A> and place in a serving dish. |
