Adding fruit and short-cut Malony will transform plain yogurt into a breakfast dessert! The Nata de coco-like texture is definitely addictive.

Ingredients (2 servings)

25g/0.9oz Malony
1/2 banana
1/4 kiwifruit
1/6 apple
1/2 yellow peach (canned)
 
<A>
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
50g/1.8oz yogurt
1.5 tablespoons condensed milk

Directions

1. Boil Malony for 6 minutes, immerse it in cold water and drain off the water.
2. Cut the fruit into bite-size pieces.
3. Toss the Malony and fruit in <A> and place in a serving dish.
