Malony instead of macaroni! Creamy white sauce and melted cheese are a perfect match with Malony.

Ingredients (4 servings)

20g/0.7oz Malony
1/4 onion
100g/3.5oz chicken leg
150g/5.3oz white sauce (commercial product)
5g/0.2oz butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon milk
25g/0.9oz pizza cheese

Directions

1. Cut Malony into one-third length with kitchen scissors and boil it to a texture a little harder than usual (about 3 minutes).
2. Cut the onion into thin slices and cut the chicken into 2cm/0.8in cubes.
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken. When the color changes to white, add onion and sprinkle with salt and pepper. When the onion becomes tender, add the white sauce.
4. When the white sauce almost reaches the simmering point, add Malony and cook it for about 3 minutes. * If the sauce is too thick, add milk to adjust thickness.
5. Put the mixture from step 4 into gratin dishes greased with butter. Pour the milk and sprinkle the cheese on top.
6. Bake the gratin in an oven until it is golden brown.
