This is a slightly upgraded dish of Malony marinade with special red wine dressing that improves the taste of seafood.
This dish is also great in the case of unexpected guests!
Ingredients (2 servings)
50g/1.8oz Malony |
4 slices smoked salmon |
3 sushi-grade scallops |
1/4 red and green peppers (for each) |
1/12 onion |
Endive (as you like) |
Italian parsley (as you like) |
<Dressing> |
2 tablespoons salad oil |
1.5 tablespoons vinegar |
2 teaspoons red wine |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Pepper to taste |
Directions
1. | Boil Malony for 6 minutes, immerse it in cold water, and then drain off the water. |
2. | Cut the smoked salmon into bite-size pieces and cut the scallops in half thickness-wise. |
3. | Chop the peppers into 5mm/0.2in squares. Mince the onion, rub it with salt, and rinse it. |
4. | Put all the dressing ingredients in a bowl, and then add Malony, smoked salmon, scallops, red and green peppers and onion (indicated above) and toss them in the dressing. Dress the dish with torn endive leaves and Italian parsley. |
