Adding Malony to healthy and nutritious seafood provides a feeling of fullness without spoiling the light and simple taste of the seafood.
Ingredients (4 servings)
15g/0.5oz Malony |
1/2 small squid (cut into 5mm/0.2in wide rings) |
1/2 lemon |
White wine to taste |
Salt and pepper to taste |
4 shrimp (back veins removed) |
1 octopus arm (boiled and cut into 5mm thick slices) |
1/2 onion (cut into thin strips) |
1/2 stick celery (cut into thin strips) |
20g/0.7oz carrot (cut into thin strips) |
4 black olives (boiled) |
A few pieces of chicory or dill |
<Dressing> |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
1. | Boil Malony for 6 minutes, immerse it in cold water, drain off the water and cut it into easy-to-eat lengths. |
2. | Put the squid, shrimp, one slice of lemon, white wine, salt and pepper in a pot to braise them. When they cool down, shell the shrimp. |
3. | Immerse the onion, celery and carrot in cold water for a while and then drain off the water. |
4. | Mix all the dressing ingredients together. |
5. | Put Malony and the mixtures from steps 2 and 3 on a serving dish and dress them with olives, two lemon slices, chicory and dill. Serve the salad with the dressing. |
