50g/1.8oz Malony |
30g/1.1oz peperoncino sauce (commercially-available pasta sauce) |
Garlic chips (as you like) |
Parsley (as you like) |
Directions
1. | Boil Malony for 4 minutes to a texture a little harder than usual, put it in a colander, and drain off the water. |
2. | Put the pasta sauce and Malony in a bowl and mix them well. |
3. | Place the mixture in a serving dish and dress it with garlic chips and parsley. |
