Adding Malony to healthy and nutritious seafood provides a feeling of fullness without spoiling the light and simple taste of the seafood.

Ingredients (4 servings)

15g/0.5oz Malony
1/2 small squid (cut into 5mm/0.2in wide rings)
1/2 lemon
White wine to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
4 shrimp (back veins removed)
1 octopus arm (boiled and cut into 5mm thick slices)
1/2 onion (cut into thin strips)
1/2 stick celery (cut into thin strips)
20g/0.7oz carrot (cut into thin strips)
4 black olives (boiled)
A few pieces of chicory or dill
 
<Dressing>
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Boil Malony for 6 minutes, immerse it in cold water, drain off the water and cut it into easy-to-eat lengths.
2. Put the squid, shrimp, one slice of lemon, white wine, salt and pepper in a pot to braise them. When they cool down, shell the shrimp.
3. Immerse the onion, celery and carrot in cold water for a while and then drain off the water.
4. Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
5. Put Malony and the mixtures from steps 2 and 3 on a serving dish and dress them with olives, two lemon slices, chicory and dill. Serve the salad with the dressing.
