Ingredients (2 servings)

40g/1.4oz of Malony
1/2 cucumber
1/2 tomato
60g/2.1oz mixed beans (boiled)
2 tablespoons vinaigrette dressing

Directions

1. Boil Malony for 5 minutes, rinse it with running water, and cut it into easy-to-eat lengths.
2. Cut the cucumber and tomato into cubes.
3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and toss them in the dressing.
